Campus - Commercial Office/Parking Lot

Services:
This four building office complex sits on 6 acres of land
in Lacey. Our services included design of final site layout, grading,
drainage, erosion control, sewer, water and street connection.
Duncanson Company also provided the construction surveying for site
construction. Upon completion of the first two buildings, we prepared
a Binding Site Plan for the individual building pads.

Village - Residential Subdivision/Stormwater LID

Services:
Duncanson Company provided all land use entitlement
services for the 35-lot townhome subdivision in Burien. Beginning with
conceptual design development and pre-application meetings, we continued
through the preliminary plat approval process, prepared all engineering
drawings for on-site and off-site improvement, provided all survey services
through as-built and final plat recording. This project incorporated
Low Impact Development techniques, including porous concrete and
infiltration of stormwater.

Wilderness Golf Club Slope Drain

This project involved surveying, hydrologic
analysis and engineering plans for conveying storm water down a steep slope
to resolve an ongoing severe erosion problem.

Justice Training Center - Institutional/Educational/ Parking Lot

Services:
The Criminal Justice Training Center is a 40 acre campus
located in Burien which serves as a training facility for law enforcement
agencies throughout the state. Our particular project included parking
lot expansion as well as internal vehicle access and pedestrian ADA
improvements. As prime consultant, Duncanson Company performed the
design, permitting, bid document preparation and construction administration
support.

Provided detailed survey mapping for upland and tideland restoration and
park improvement projects.

of Burien, High Accuracy Network and Aerial Mapping Control

Services:
Duncanson Company established several high accuracy control points and
surveyed numerous additional points for their fledging GIS project. In
conjunction with GIS project, Duncanson Company also coordinated 11
ground targets for a city-wide aerial mapping project performed by
Walker and Associates.

Powell Homes
developed this 26 home neighborhood located on the bluff above the
Redondo beach area in Des Moines, Washington. This project began with a
lot line adjustment to separate a large existing estate.

This 70,000 SF
mixed use building revitalized this property located just northeast of
the Seattle Center. Duncanson Company prepared a site survey for a
design base map. Runberg Architecture Group was the prime consultant.
Duncanson Company prepared the on-site civil design, as well as street
and alley improvement plans (private contract plans). For the
construction stage, Duncanson Company provided primary layout control
and performed ground motion survey during basement excavation and
shoring.

Company provided surveys for hundreds of sites throughout Washington and
northern Oregon. Our survey work included topographic mapping, lease
area stake out, FAA position reports and legal description preparation.

access road design and stormwater management.
